Notice and takedown.

If you believe a template published on Port60 infringes your copyright or other rights, tell us and we will act on it. This page explains what to send and what happens next. Last updated 8 August 2026. This is an early draft published for transparency while the developer program is in its first phase.

1. What to send

Email [email protected] with: the template (its name or the address of a site using it); the work you believe is infringed and evidence you hold the rights to it; what the infringement is; and your name and contact details, with a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised. We cannot act on anonymous or unevidenced claims.

2. What happens next

We review every properly-formed notice. Where a claim is credible, the template is suspended from new installs while the developer is given the chance to respond, concede, or contest with their own evidence. A claim upheld ends in removal and counts against the developer under the strike policy; a claim rejected restores the template. Deliberately false claims are themselves a misuse of this process.

3. Sites already using a removed template

Non-profits are not punished for a developer's infringement: a site already using a removed template keeps working while its owner chooses a replacement, unless a court order requires otherwise.

4. Strikes

Upheld claims accumulate against the developer. Reaching the published threshold ends the ability to publish on Port60. The full strike policy is published with the marketplace when listing opens.
