Olive

More than a website.
A platform for your ideas.

Manage your website, fundraising, events, courses and members in one place with Olive.

A website moves from draft to reviewed changes, then publication. This illustration does not publish a real website.

Publish a website. Welcome members. Turn donations into support and eligible giving into a Gift Aid claim. Follow the connections.

A donation comes in.

Example amounts. Gift Aid requires eligible donations and valid declarations. Submission depends on filing setup and approval, and is not confirmation of repayment.

The donation does not have to be the end of the story. Eligible UK donations can also support a Gift Aid claim.

These examples explain how Olive works. The controls play the examples only. No website is published and no payment or claim is submitted.

Not another tool

The public experience and the work behind it belong together. That is what Olive brings to your organisation.

Clear expectations matter.
Here is what to check before choosing.

Can I use Olive with my existing website?

Today, Olive gives you a website you can manage through its built-in editor. API mode is planned, giving you more choice over how to connect Olive to your existing website or applications. This option is not available yet.

Can I bring my own payment provider?

Yes. On Standard and Premium, you can connect your own payment provider account using your own credentials. We currently support Stripe, Braintree and GoCardless.

Square terminal setup is also supported for in-person payments. Support for additional providers is planned.

Is Olive suitable for our organisation?

Olive is for non-profits, including unregistered community groups. Organisations around the world can sign up and choose a paid plan. You do not need to be a registered charity to use Olive.

Payment services are subject to your provider's availability and requirements. Gift Aid is for eligible UK-based organisations, and claim submission through Olive is awaiting HMRC approval.

What will I pay beyond the subscription?

Platform fees apply per transaction, alongside your payment provider's processing fees. Higher plans have lower platform transaction fees.

If you use up an included allowance, further use of that feature is blocked rather than automatically charged as an overage. Check your chosen plan for its fees and allowances.

Does Olive prepare and submit Gift Aid claims?

Not yet. Olive is built to help eligible UK-based organisations prepare and submit Gift Aid claims to HMRC, not just collect declarations, and submission through Olive is awaiting HMRC approval. Until that approval is in place, Gift Aid is not offered on any plan.

When it is, you will be able to submit using your organisation's own credentials or authorise Port60 to file on your behalf. Your organisation must be eligible for Gift Aid and complete the required filing setup before submitting claims.

Do we need technical skills to get started?

No technical setup is needed. Choose a template, add your content and manage your website through Olive's editor.

For a limited time, we are also offering a concierge service to help you get up and running. Contact us to discuss the help you need.

Can we try Olive before committing?

Trial availability and length depend on your chosen plan. Check the trial terms shown on each plan before signing up. Where a trial is included, your chosen plan continues as a monthly subscription at its usual price after the trial, until you cancel.

Can we bring our existing data and take it with us if we leave?

Our consultancy team can help migrate data from your existing platform into Olive. We assess the complexity of your migration and provide a tailored quote before work begins.

If you decide to cancel or leave, our consultancy team can also help you retrieve your data.

Port60 is in early access. We’re onboarding a first group of non-profit organisations while our platform integrations complete verification. Not officially launched yet.
